Natural Perfume (Attar)
Truly Natural Attars are rare and in limited supply. Attar is one of the oldest forms of Aromatherapy that uses the subtle power of fragrances to provide calmness and re-establish harmony in the body. They balance the Doshas (Vata, Pitta & Kapha) and promote the energy of the Chakras. Attars have a permanent shelf life and become stronger in aroma as they age.
Asal Attars are essential oils which are lighter perfumes than attar.The
oils are extracted by steam distillation process from fresh fragrant flowers
and herbs collected in coconut oil base. Asal Attars contain natural ingredients
and are free from alcohol, synthetic essence and any preservatives or
chemical additives.Due to the rare ingredients and laborious production
process these fragrances often lose market share to inexpensive synthetic
fragrances.
Directions for use:
Apply a few drops of oil on the body. For lasting fragrance take few drops of Attar on a small cotton bud and place in the outer flap of the ear. A few drops can be added to water and used with aromatic vapour lamps.
Heena (Mehndi)
Extract of dried Henna leaves (Lawsonia Inermis). Carries pleasant fragrance with cooling effect. Used for ceremonies, prayers, clairvoyance and protection from disturbing influences. Promotes the energy of the 3rd Chakra.
Pink Rose (Chaitri
Gulab)
Extract of the Chaitri Gulab (that blooms only in the Chaitra month of March).
Queen of the essential oils. Carries a soft fragrance, opens the heart centre, gives a sense of security and spiritual unison. Reduces anger. Balances all Doshas.
Vetiver (Khus)
Extract of the Khus plant. A cooling and relaxing fragrance for establishing
harmony between body and mind. Balances Kapha and Pitta.
Sandalwood (Chandan)
Extract of the fragrant Sandalwood tree (genus Santalum). An expensive
essential oil, carries a striking woodbase and long lasting aroma. Used
for religious rituals and ceremonies, for aromatherapy, and as skin antiseptic.
Relaxing essence, removes fear and evokes an attitude of surrender. Promotes
the energy of the 6th & 7th Chakras.
Spanish Jasmine (Chameli)
Extract of the Jasmine flower (genus of Family Oleaceae). Carries sweet aroma.
Natural antidepressant, effective for people suffering symptoms of apathy and fatigue. Reduces fears and opens up emotional pathways.
Kevada
Extract of the Kevada flower (Screw pine, Pandamus Odoratissimus). Carries
distinct tropical aroma. Has antiviral, anti-allergen, anti-inflammatory,
and anti-oxidant properties. A cooling essence that cultivates creativity.

Indian Jasmine (Mogra)
Extract of the Mogra flower of the Jasminum Sambac family. Strongly scented aroma. Flowers also worn for hair adornment and making of organic tea. A calming fragrance that increases intimacy and friendship. Promotes the energy of the 4th & 5th Chakras.
Sandalwood Powder
Dried powder of the fragrant Sandalwood tree (genus Santalum). In Ayurveda sandalwood has important role in curing skin problems. It is a cooling agent and relieves inflammation of skin, prickly heat, chafing and irritated skin. It is an effective deodorant and combats body odour. It can be added to face packs to soothe skin and add lustre.
To use: Dust on after bathing
or anytime for a subtle tranquilizing fragrance. Suitable from newborn.
Can be soaked in rose water overnight and applied as face pack. Also mixed
with turmeric powder and milk and applied for a rejuvenating skin. To
be stored in cool dry place.
Rose Water (Gulab Jal)
Extracted from special roses called Chaitri Gulab (that blooms only in
the Chaitra month of March). According to the Ayurveda, they are the best
kind of roses for edible purpose. Depending on the desired strength of
rose water, an equivalent of rose petals are heated in a copper container.
The heated water is passed over a bamboo pipe covered with jute. Water
is slowly poured over the pipe and precipitate is collected as rose water.
Does not contain any artificial essence or preservative.
Rose water is the most traditional natural skin toner and cleanser, because
rose has astringent, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and natural cooling
properties besides having a lovely scent.
Helps relieve nappy rash. Effective as after shave lotion. Scars, minor
infections, ageing skin, sunburn and skin inflammation all benefit from
its action. Taken internally with milk, rosewater is effective against
bacterial infections and soothes stress and anxiety by balancing the endocrine
system.
To use: Take little Rosewater on your palm and apply on body and face
after bath. Can be used as eye drops to relieve strain. Permanent shelf
life. Keep in cool dry place. No refrigeration required.
Ayurvedic Bathing Powder (Snan Raj)
Asal Snan Raj is a unique mixture of 13 natural herbs, all hand ground
in a prescribed proportion. Pure herbal contents make it the most effective

Snan Raj is a rare age-old combination of Ayurvedic herbs traditionally used in ancient royal baths. When used regularly over a period of time, it has a unique mystique property of changing the body’s Aura and adds glory and lustre to the skin. These herbs not only remove the dead skin cells and open the pores but also release toxins from the body. Its therapeutic properties cure minor skin ailments and also protect skin from insect -bites.
To use: Dissolve 1tbsp. of Snan Raj in enough water to
make a smooth paste. Soak overnight or for at least 3 hours. Gently rub
on body and face in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water. Leaves
skin soft, supple and refreshing. Follow with Asal RoseWater.
Bath Soaps (Cologne, Sandalwood, Glycerin)
Asal bath soaps are hand made with 85 percent coconut oil, 7 percent castor oil, 4 percent of caustic potash (the minimum required) and 4 percent moisture and perfume. Free from synthetic colors, preservatives, detergents or any animal substances. The total fat matter is about 92 percent when compared to the 80 percent found in other soaps. The coconut oil base nourishes the skin and can also be used by kids. Used for all skin types including oily skin, on open wounds and on skin allergies. Not tested on animals.
To use: Apply generously on wet skin and rinse. Feel the
goodness all day.
Hair Oil (Amla & Herbs)
Oil extract of the Amla fruit (Indian Gooseberry) and other herbs.The
herbs are boiled in a bell metal container over a charcoal fire for a
long period of time to obtain extracts that are mixed in a sesame or cocnut
oil base.A cooling and nourishing oil which gives luster and shine to
the hair. Strengthens the hair and encourages new growth. Also helps to
reduce dandruff and premature graying. Calming effect for sound sleep.
Wooden Combs
The hardwood combs are skillfully hand crafted in locally available wood
from Northern India. It has a natural stone finish and no polishes are
used. Rounded tooth edges are gentle to the hair and suitable for daily
use. Stimulates blood circulation of the scalp and releases stress thereby
promoting healthy hair. Completely eliminates static electricity and reduces
split ends. Non-toxic and chemical free. Can be cleaned with water, using
a soft brush. Wood sourced from sustainable plantations only.
Body Scrubber
The inner fibers of the organically grown loofa gourd which dries naturally on the vine are harvested to make the natural body scrubber. It gently exfoliates the dead cells, improves circulation and revitalises the skin.
To use: Use dry for a brisker scrub, moisten to soften.
Rinse & dry between uses.
Heena (Mehndi)

Eye Drops
Made from Ghee (clarified butter) that is prepared from the milk of the
Indian cow, provide lubrication to the eyes, rich in vitamin A, provide
a calming cleansing effect for tired eyes.
Almond Oil
It is an excellent emollient (softening and soothing to the skin) ,helps the skin to balance water loss and absorption of moisture. Suitable for all skin types, helps relieve irritation, inflammation and itching.
Ayurvedic Tooth Powder
Chemical, sugar and Preservative free, improves oral health and provides
